I am also willing to consider other forms of employment.
Generally, I try to avoid taking permanent positions these days.
In a world where technology companies tend to survive for maybe a year or so,
the term "permanent" doesn't really apply to software at all, so I prefer to work on a contract basis.
On or off-site doesn't really make much difference to me,
and I have no problem relocating for a few months to do a job,
though my rate goes up substantially when I'm asked to work in Nebraska.
